Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how NEXTRIAD CORP. (“Nextriad,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information in our websites, ARS, AIOS, communications, and related services. For Customer Content processed on behalf of a business customer, Nextriad generally acts as a service provider or processor under the applicable customer agreement; that customer is responsible for its own notices and instructions.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information; credentials and authentication information; professional information; communications; Service usage and security records; device, browser, and log information; information from connected services that you authorize; Customer Content; and AI inputs and outputs. We receive information directly from you, from your organization, through your use of the Service, and from integrations you connect.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and support the Service; authenticate users; maintain security and tenant separation; process authorized integrations; communicate with you; diagnose and improve reliability; comply with law; and protect Nextriad, users, and the public. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information from the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to providers that help us operate the Service, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. These may include cloud and productivity providers, database and infrastructure providers, AI model providers, customer communications providers, analytics and reporting providers, security and error-monitoring providers, and professional advisers. Our current categories and representative providers are listed on our Subprocessors page; they may vary by the features and integrations enabled by a customer.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, Customer Content may be processed by third-party AI model providers selected to deliver those features. Nextriad uses such processing to operate the Service and does not intentionally use Customer Content to train Nextriad’s own general-purpose AI models. You remain responsible for deciding what content to submit and for following the restrictions in the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for no longer than reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate security and business records. Retention can vary by data type, customer configuration, and law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, logical tenant separation, monitoring, and security logging. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the nature of our relationship, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact@nextriad.ai with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your request and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we process Customer Content for an organization, please direct your request to that organization first.
7. International processing and children
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Nextriad or its providers operate. The Service is for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information about children to the Service unless you are authorized and the use is permitted by applicable law and your agreement with Nextriad.
8. Changes and contact
