Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy is part of the Nextriad Terms of Service. It applies to every user, tenant, integration, workflow, and automated action using ARS or AIOS.
1. Respect people, law, and rights
You may not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; deceive or defraud; harass, threaten, or exploit people; create or distribute unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative material; or facilitate violence or wrongdoing.
2. Protect the platform and other tenants
You may not probe, scan, compromise, overload, or interfere with the Service; bypass access controls; impersonate another user; access data or workspaces you are not authorized to access; introduce malware; scrape the Service; reverse engineer non-public components; or use the Service to develop a competing product or model.
3. Use AI and automation responsibly
Do not present AI-generated output as verified fact without review. Do not use AIOS to make high-impact decisions about housing, employment, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal status without qualified human review and legally required safeguards. Do not use AI features to create malware, evade security controls, commit fraud, or produce materially deceptive content.
4. Connectors, data, and approvals
Connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use. You are responsible for configuring approvals, permissions, spending limits, communications, and publishing controls appropriate for your organization. You must review actions before execution whenever the Service designates an approval, warning, or human-review requirement.
5. Restricted information
Do not submit protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, highly sensitive biometric data, or other restricted information unless Nextriad has expressly agreed in writing to support the intended use. Do not use the Service to train third-party AI models with Customer Content unless you have the required rights and written authorization.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or comply with law. We may report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities. Contact contact@nextriad.ai to report a concern.
