Subprocessors
Nextriad uses service providers to operate its business and deliver AIOS and ARS. This page is for transparency; customer agreements and applicable data-processing terms govern the processing of Customer Content. To receive an update about a material addition to this list, email contact@nextriad.ai.

| OpenAI, Anthropic, and Groq | AI model services | Model processing for AI-enabled features selected by Nextriad or enabled for a tenant. |
| HubSpot and Resend | Customer communications and email delivery | Commercial communications, transactional email, and support-related messaging. |
| Sentry | Security and error monitoring | Reliability monitoring, diagnostics, and incident investigation where configured. |
| Looker Studio and customer-authorized connectors | Reporting and integrations | Reporting or connection to systems that a customer authorizes through AIOS. |
Changes to this list
We may add, replace, or remove providers as our Services change. We will update this page before or as we make material changes, subject to the notice commitments in an applicable customer data-processing agreement. Not every provider processes every tenant’s information.
