Nextriad legal
Cookie Policy
This Policy covers cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies used on Nextriad websites and AIOS. It supplements the Privacy Policy. We will update the register and, where required, obtain consent before enabling a new non-essential technology.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small files placed in your browser. Local and session storage are browser-based stores. Pixels and SDKs can help measure a page, communicate with a service, or report a technical error. Some technologies are necessary to provide authentication, security, and user preferences; others can be used for analytics or advertising.
2. Categories and current register
| Category | Purpose | Current status | Your choice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session continuity, security, tenant access, and essential application preferences. | Used by AIOS and its authentication/infrastructure providers when needed to operate the Service. | These cannot be disabled through a banner because core Service functions may not work. |
| Functional and security telemetry | Remember interface settings and help diagnose reliability or security issues. | May be used in AIOS, including error-monitoring tooling, depending on deployed configuration. | Where a technology is non-essential, we will provide the choice required by applicable law before enabling it. |
| Analytics | Understand use of our websites or Service and improve performance. | No GA4 or Meta marketing tag was identified in the public landing-page source during the July 20, 2026 review. Customer-connected analytics inside AIOS are separate from Nextriad public-site tracking. | We will disclose the provider, purpose, duration, and consent mechanism before enabling non-essential analytics. |
| Advertising | Measure or personalize advertising across sites or services. | Not enabled as a Nextriad public-site category as of this Policy date. | We will provide the required notice, consent, or opt-out before enabling it. |
3. Your choices
You can manage or delete browser cookies through your browser settings. If we deploy non-essential cookies in a jurisdiction that requires consent, they will be controlled through a visible preference mechanism and will not be activated until the required choice is recorded. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where applicable law requires it. Disabling necessary cookies can affect sign-in and core AIOS functionality.
4. Future changes
This Policy is intentionally designed to cover future cookies and similar technologies, but it is not blanket permission to deploy them. Before Nextriad activates a new non-essential provider, pixel, SDK, local-storage item, or cookie, we will update this register with its provider, purpose, category, and duration, and implement any legally required preference controls.
