By accessing nextriad.ai or using any Nextriad ARS product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Nextriad provides the Autonomous Revenue System (ARS) — including ARS modules (ARS·Recover, ARS·Media, ARS·Commerce, ARS·Search, ARS·Ops, ARS·Content), the AIOS platform, and the Triad orchestrator. Service details, module scope, and deployment terms are defined in individual service agreements.
You agree to use Nextriad ARS only for lawful business purposes. You may not: use the platform to generate, distribute, or execute spam, deceptive, or fraudulent content; attempt to reverse-engineer AIOS, Triad, or any ARS module; share access credentials or resell ARS access without a formal partner agreement; or use the platform in ways that violate applicable law.
Nextriad ARS, AIOS, Triad, and all ARS module names are proprietary to Nextriad Holdings. AEO (Agentic Engine Optimization) is a term coined by Nextriad. Content generated by ARS·Content on behalf of clients is owned by the client. The underlying models, architectures, and systems remain the property of Nextriad.
Your use of Nextriad ARS is governed by our Privacy Policy. Client operational data processed through AIOS is isolated per tenant and not shared between clients or used to train shared models without explicit consent.
Nextriad ARS is provided "as is." While we maintain enterprise-grade infrastructure and governance controls, Nextriad is not liable for business decisions made based on ARS outputs, third-party platform failures, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. Revenue impact metrics cited on this site represent averages across deployments — individual results vary.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Mexico City, Mexico, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
