FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is Nextriad ARS?
Nextriad ARS is the Autonomous Revenue System — the product umbrella containing 6 revenue execution modules (ARS·Recover, ARS·Media, ARS·Commerce, ARS·Search, ARS·Ops, ARS·Content). It runs on AIOS and is orchestrated by Triad. ARS detects revenue opportunities, decides on the best action, executes through your existing stack, and learns from every outcome.
What is AIOS?
AIOS is Nextriad's AI Operating System — a product built by Nextriad that powers the ARS. It provides multi-model routing across 6 LLMs, dedicated MCP servers for each module, 44+ production connectors, agent orchestration via the PREV loop, enterprise governance controls, and multi-tenant architecture. AIOS is the infrastructure; ARS is the product that runs on it.
Who is Triad?
Triad is the ARS Orchestrator — Nextriad's central AI agent that coordinates all 6 ARS modules, manages the PREV loop (Plan-Route-Execute-Verify), and serves as the primary interface for clients and autonomous agents. When you talk to Triad, you are activating the same agent that runs your revenue operations.
Can I deploy one module without the full ARS?
Yes. Each ARS module has its own dedicated MCP server, agent architecture, and connector set — making it fully deployable as a standalone product. You can start with ARS·Recover for transaction recovery, or ARS·Media for paid media, and expand to the full ARS over time.
What is GEO — Generative Engine Optimization?
GEO is the practice of optimizing content and brand presence to be cited by generative AI models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude when they answer user queries. ARS·Search and ARS·Content both include GEO optimization — structuring content with FAQ blocks, speakable sections, and entity clarity that LLMs use when selecting sources.
What is AEO — Agentic Engine Optimization?
AEO is the emerging discipline of optimizing your platform to be discoverable and selectable by autonomous AI agents. When an agent searches for the best revenue automation platform without human input, AEO determines who gets selected. Nextriad has native AEO infrastructure via ExchangeHandles (agent identity) and AgentShield (trust verification) — infrastructure no competitor currently has.
Does Nextriad ARS work with VTEX?
Yes. ARS·Commerce has a dedicated commerce-mcp with full VTEX integration — covering orders, catalog, customers, and inventory. ARS·Recover also integrates with VTEX payment webhooks for real-time transaction monitoring and recovery.
How does deployment work?
Start by talking to Triad for a revenue assessment. Triad identifies which modules address your specific gaps and proposes a deployment sequence. ARS·Ops manages the onboarding workflow automatically — connector setup, agent configuration, governance rules, and first-run validation. Most single-module deployments are operational within 2–3 weeks.
What LLM models does AIOS support?
AIOS currently routes across 6 production LLM models: OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, xAI Grok, and DeepSeek. The multi-model router selects the optimal model for each task based on capability requirements, cost efficiency, and latency constraints.
Is Nextriad ARS enterprise-grade?
Yes. AIOS includes configurable approval layers, full immutable audit trails, human-in-the-loop controls for every action type, rollback capability, and multi-tenant data isolation. All actions are logged, auditable, and operate within governance rules you define per module and per client.
