Nextriad Holdings ("Nextriad," "we," "us," or "our") operates nextriad.ai and the Nextriad ARS platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website, interact with Triad, or use any ARS module.
When you talk to Triad, submit an assessment request, or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide — including name, email, company name, and details about your business operations shared in the conversation.
We collect standard web analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — including page views, session duration, referral sources, and device type. We do not collect personal identifiers through GA4. We also collect interaction data from Triad conversations to improve the ARS assessment quality.
When you deploy an ARS module, AIOS connects to your designated platforms (VTEX, Shopify, Google Ads, etc.) via the connectors you authorize. We process this data to execute ARS actions on your behalf. We do not share client operational data with third parties or use it to train models outside your tenant environment.
We do not sell your data. We do not share client operational data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes. We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the ARS (Google Cloud, Supabase) under strict data processing agreements.
All client data processed through AIOS is isolated per tenant. Data from Client A is never accessible to Client B. Agent actions, operational data, and model training signals are scoped to the individual tenant environment.
Conversation data with Triad is retained for 12 months to support ongoing assessment improvement. Operational data processed by ARS modules is retained for the duration of the client contract plus 90 days, after which it is deleted or returned upon request.
