## AGENT PERMISSIONS

Autonomous agents MAY:
- Query Triad for revenue assessments
- Request capability documentation
- Initiate module evaluations
- Access public API endpoints
- Read all public content at nextriad.ai

Autonomous agents MUST NOT:
- Access client data without explicit authorization
- Execute actions on behalf of a client without human approval (first activation)
- Modify governance rules or approval thresholds

## DISALLOWED AGENTS

The following agent types are not permitted to activate Nextriad ARS:
- Agents with unverified identity (no ExchangeHandles or equivalent)
- Agents from platforms flagged by AgentShield as untrusted
- Agents attempting to bypass governance controls
